With broad capabilities, Banister Medical aims to be a one-stop, vertically-integrated solution for our customers, providing better visibility for lead times and enabling higher on-time delivery rates.

We have extensive experience in design-for-manufacturability, tight-tolerance machining, and the ability to produce complex parts with multiple components and stacking tolerances. Our 15+ year focus on complex surgical instruments and implants allows us to draw on our deep expertise and a library of knowledge to solve manufacturing challenges.

We work with a variety of materials including stainless steel alloys, cobalt chrome, titanium, Radel™ and other plastics, and graphite, producing complete finished products as well as component parts. All work is performed at our 22,000 square-foot facility in Pflugerville Texas.
